The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by individuals domiciled in the United Arab Emirates via the online store Men’s Beauty Boutique of the company

(hereinafter referred to as Men’s Beauty Boutique). Men’s Beauty Boutique provides all services exclusively on the basis of these terms and conditions.

I – Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Breach or violation of any of the terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of the service provided to you.

II – Accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of information

Men’s Beauty Boutique reserves the right to make changes to the prices and to the product range at any time without prior notice. Images of all products and illustrations are not colour-binding, and can deviate from the original. Technical drawings of delivered products can deviate from the drawings of the manufacturer, or other information listed on the Internet.

The current prices are published on the web at mensbeauty.boutique.

The prices are mutually binding at the point of order. If mistakes or errors have been made with the stated price, Men’s Beauty Boutique reserves the right to make subsequent price changes. In this case, the customer shall be informed and is not obligated to take receipt of the products affected by the price change.

All prices are stated in the UAE Dirhams and include statutory VAT, unless otherwise stated.

In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs expressly stated on the article webpage shall be incurred, depending on the type of shipping.

III – Orders and product delivery

An order shall become binding for the customer when they click on “Complete order” to confirm their order on the checkout page. This page displays the complete overview of the order at the end of the order process.

After placing an order, the customer shall then receive without delay a corresponding confirmation of receipt email from Men’s Beauty Boutique. This email is sent to the email address specified by the customer. Up until the point in time when an order is shipped, Men’s Beauty Boutique reserves the right to reject the order or to reduce the order amount, through which no contract is created between the customer and Men’s Beauty Boutique, respectively a contract governing the reduced order amount. Men’s Beauty Boutique will inform the customer via email. This, of course, does not apply if the customer informs Men’s Beauty Boutique without delay that they have no interest in receiving a order with a reduced amount.

In particular, Men’s Beauty Boutique reserves the right to reject an order if a legal dispute exists with the customer, in particular in connection with a failure to make payments for previous orders with Men’s Beauty Boutique, or whether other invoices due for payment by the same person or another person living within the same household remain open.

The complete and correct statement of delivery address remains the responsibility of the customer. If an error in the delivery address is made by the customer and, under such circumstances, a delivery is not possible, Men’s Beauty Boutique may entirely abandon the delivery of the product without the possibility of a claim being made for replacement or damages.

Men’s Beauty Boutique delivers merchandise and gift certificates in the UAE.

Men’s Beauty Boutique’s warehouse is located in the UAE. The shipping policy envisages that Men’s Beauty Boutique ships the products within 48 hours on business days, respectively upon receipt of confirmation of payment.

Men’s Beauty Boutique can only be held liable for delays in delivery and the resulting consequences, insofar as these were caused by the grossly negligent or deliberate breach of contract by Men’s Beauty Boutique. For all other delays in delivery and the resulting consequences, including delays due to the postal service, suppliers to Men’s Beauty Boutique or third parties, Men’s Beauty Boutique shall accept no liability.

IV – Vouchers, reward programs, and digital gift cards

A maximum of one voucher can be redeemed per order. At the end of the order process, the voucher code is entered into the designated field. The corresponding amount is then deducted directly from the current order. Vouchers that exceed the order amount cannot be reimbursed. Discounts received from redeeming bonus points (rewards) cannot be combined with gift vouchers.

Men’s Beauty Boutique offers digital gift cards, which are not physical products. These cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem at checkout. Men’s Beauty Boutique’s digital gift cards have no additional processing fees and do not expire.

V – Warranty and liability

Men’s Beauty Boutique guarantees that products are free from damage at the point in time of shipping. Products that get damaged during shipping shall be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Men’s Beauty Boutique, insofar as the customer informs Men’s Beauty Boutique via email and within three days of receipt of the merchandise. If desired by Men’s Beauty Boutique, the customer is required to return the delivered products in the original packaging without delay to Men’s Beauty Boutique, the shipping costs for this shall be borne by Men’s Beauty Boutique.

Men’s Beauty Boutique shall be liable to the customer for damages, insofar as such liability for Men’s Beauty Boutique is determined by the UAE national law.

Every other form of warranty for the delivered products and every liability for damages that are caused by these products is excluded, unless Men’s Beauty Boutique has fraudulently concealed the respective product defects. If, however, Men’s Beauty Boutique can assert further warranty claims against its suppliers for the affected product, Men’s Beauty Boutique shall, where possible, transfer these claims to the customer upon request. Men’s Beauty Boutique does not accept any responsibility that these claims can be asserted successfully. The same applies to any kind of claims which Men’s Beauty Boutique can assert against the postal service for damages that have occurred during transportation.

In particular, Men’s Beauty Boutique does not warrant that the products are suitable for the customer’s intended application, or that they deliver a particular result. Furthermore, the warranty also excludes damages that are the responsibility of the purchaser, e.g. the consequences of inappropriate use of the product, or damages from external influences that are not the responsibility of the seller, such as, for example, damages that have occurred during transportation.

VI – Order cancellations and product returns

Customers have the right to return the goods within seven days after delivery of the goods. Returned products and packages will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To return your product, please send us an email so we may inform you of the best shipping address based on your location.

Exercising the right of return results in the conversion of the purchase contract into a reverse handling relationship, according to which the services received within the framework of the purchase contract have to be reimbursed. The costs incurred for the return shall be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

After receipt of the goods, the purchase price already paid for the goods will be reimbursed to the customer immediately.

VII – Payments

Orders made via mensbeauty.boutique are to be paid using the payment methods stated on the website. The following payment methods are at your disposal: Cash on delivery.

VIII – Data protection

Under “My account” the customer has the possibility to edit her or his personal information at any point in time.

Men’s Beauty Boutique uses and processes personal data in order to maintain customer relationships as well as for its own marketing purposes. A customer always has the possibility to discontinue this automatic evaluation. If no form of automatic personal evaluation is desired, the customer can submit their objection in writing at any time.

The customer shall only receive a newsletter from Men’s Beauty Boutique when expressly requested. It is possible to unsubscribe at any time.

XI – Liability

The liability for product defects or damages caused by such defects is determined exclusively pursuant to Section VII. For damages resulting from delayed delivery, Section IV shall exclusively prevail.

Furthermore, Men’s Beauty Boutique shall exclude, within the framework of valid statutory regulations, any other form of liability to the customer in association with the products, the use or the (non-) availability of the website mensbeauty.boutique and resulting damages. This means that, for example, the assertion of claims resulting from the impossibility of service provision, non-fulfilment and from unauthorised action is excluded, both against Men’s Beauty Boutique and against its vicarious agents, insofar as there is no evidence of intentional or grossly negligent action.

XII – Partial invalidity

To the extent that any provision of these terms & conditions should be invalid in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and their purpose. In place of the invalid provisions, the relevant legal provisions shall apply.

XIII – Governing law

The contract is exclusively subject to UAE law. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with Men’s Beauty Boutique is – subject to any divergent place of jurisdiction within national law – Creative City Free Zone.

XIV – Changes to the terms and conditions

Men’s Beauty Boutique expressly reserves the right to adjust the present terms and conditions to circumstances at any time and to apply these with immediate effect to subsequent orders.
